If there’s one thing to know about me, it’s that I will always underestimate the amount of time it takes to build a qualitative spreadsheet that doesn’t look scary to spreadsheet laypeople and novices.
I appreciate your patience; the extra few days have helped me feel good about releasing this for teams to work with and learn from.
Insights about how teams can work better together tend to be reserved for executives and decision-makers, even though they are often separated from the day-to-day experiences of most employees. So much of my career has been based on big, sweeping changes intended to shift an entire organization. And while those initiatives can be a lot of fun to work on, the “trickle-down” effect can leave much to be desired for the average employee and how work gets done.
