I am fully behind your observations. At XLA Institute, we firmly believe in introducing XLAs (Experience Level Agreements) to support the workforce experience. These XLAs are fundamentally focused on improving flow (reducing friction) that increases value (productivity, value creation, revenue growth)

We also look at the Return on Energy, Confidence, and Pride in the ability to create good work outcomes. You can consider things like the ability to collaborate, experience parity in hybrid situations, time well spent versus time wasted, etc.
