I am fully behind your observations. At XLA Institute, we firmly believe in introducing XLAs (Experience Level Agreements) to support the workforce experience. These XLAs are fundamentally focused on improving flow (reducing friction) that increases value (productivity, value creation, revenue growth)
We also look at the Return on Energy, Confidence, and Pride in the ability to create good work outcomes. You can consider things like the ability to collaborate, experience parity in hybrid situations, time well spent versus time wasted, etc.
These are great! So many companies (and their employees) would benefit from these frameworks…more of them need to make the change journey toward proactive movement, but once they do, I think we’ll be off to the races.
